This page explains how data the f0cus.ai Meta app holds about you is removed, and what happens automatically.
Effect, immediately: the app’s permission is revoked at Meta (best effort), both stored access tokens are deleted, the profile’s tracked ad accounts stop syncing, and any campaign visibility that the connection granted is withdrawn. The profile row stays as an empty, disconnected placeholder so history stays attributable; nothing in it can call Meta any more.
Removing f0cus.ai under Facebook’s Settings → Apps and Websites, or sending a data-deletion request from there, makes Meta call our deletion endpoint with a signed request. We verify the signature, then run the same deletion as step 1 for every profile connected with that Facebook identity, and answer Meta with a confirmation code. You can check the result at any time at /data-deletion/status?code=<confirmation code>. This happens within seconds of the request.
To have your f0cus account itself removed — name, email, role, preferences, and the profiles you connected — email CONTACT_EMAIL from the address on the account. We confirm receipt and complete the erasure within 30 days.
Aggregated advertising performance data — hourly spend, impressions and clicks per ad, and the campaign / ad set / ad names they belong to — is not deleted by any of the steps above. It describes the advertiser’s ad accounts and money spent, is the advertiser’s business record, and contains no personal data about you; it is retained for historical analytics. Audit entries recording that a deletion happened are also kept (they hold identifiers and timestamps only, never tokens).
